Phase III of Wuhan Metro Line 8 opens to the public
The third phase of Wuhan Metro Line 8 officially opened to the public today.
Linking Yezhi Lake to the athletes' village of the 7th Military World Games, the line is 4.84 km long and has three stations. It will be open between 6：00 and 23:00 at weekdays and between 6：30 to 23：00 at weekends.
So far, the total mileage in service of Wuhan metro has reached 339 kilometers, and the number of stations stands at 228.
According to sources, the second phase of Line 8, linking Liyuan Square to Yezhi Lake, running through Shuiguohu area, will be commissioned in late 2020.
